The National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1998

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 70(1A), 71(1), 71A, 73, 74, 75, 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781, sections 17(1) and(5) and 20(1), (3), (5) and (8)(a), 39(1) and 40(2) of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 19972 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
