The Bromley Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment (No. 2) Order 1998

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having completed the consultation prescribed under section 5(2) of that latter Act3, hereby makes the following Order:–
