1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 7th December 1998.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Child Support Act 1991; and
“the Maintenance Assessment Procedure Regulations” means the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment Procedure) Regulations 1992(1).
