This Order dissolves the Leicestershire Mental Health Service and the Fosse Health, Leicestershire Community National Health Service Trusts on 1st April 1999.
This Order should be read in conjunction with the Leicestershire and Rutland Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(1).
