PART 12DEFAULT JUDGMENT
Procedure for deciding an amount or value12.7
(1)
This rule applies where the claimant obtains a default judgment on the filing of a request under rule 12.4(1) and judgment is for—
(a)
an amount of money to be decided by the court;
(b)
the value of goods to be decided by the court; or
(c)
an amount of interest to be decided by the court.
(2)
Where the court enters judgment it will—
(a)
give any directions it considers appropriate; and
(b)
if it considers it appropriate, allocate the case.
