The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Section 34.15 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 10 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
34.15—(1) The Lord Chancellor shall appoint persons to be examiners of the court.
(2) The persons appointed shall be barristers or solicitor-advocates who have been practising for a period of not less than three years.
(3) The Lord Chancellor may revoke an appointment at any time.
