[F1 49.   These Rules apply to proceedings under— E+W

(a) the Companies Act 1985;

(b) the Companies Act 2006; and

(c) other legislation relating to companies and limited liability partnerships,

subject to the provision of the relevant practice direction which applies to those proceedings.]
