Service of order giving or refusing permission E+W

54.11   The court will serve—

(a) the order giving or refusing permission; and

[F4 (ai) any certificate (if not included in the order) that permission has been granted for reasons of exceptional public interest in accordance with section 31(3F) of the Senior Courts Act 1981; and]

(b) any directions,

on—

(i) the claimant;

(ii) the defendant; and

(iii) any other person who filed an acknowledgment of service.]
