65.1.   This Part contains rules—

(a) in Section I, about injunctions under the Housing Act 1996(1);

(b) in Section II, about applications by local authorities under section 91(3) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003(2) for a power of arrest to be attached to an injunction;

(c) in Section III, about claims for demotion orders under the Housing Act 1985(3) and Housing Act 1988(4) and proceedings relating to demoted tenancies;

(d) in Section IV, about anti-social behaviour orders under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998(5);

(e) in Section V, about claims under section 3 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997(6).]
