Authentic instruments and court settlementsF274.11

The rules governing the registration of judgments under the 1982 Act F3and the Lugano Convention F4and applications for the refusal of recognition or enforcement or suspension of any judgments under the Judgments Regulation apply as appropriate and with any necessary modifications for the enforcement of—

(a)

authentic instruments which are subject to—

(i)

article 50 of Schedule 3C to the 1982 Act;

(ii)

article 57 of the Lugano Convention; and

(iii)

F5article 58 of the Judgments Regulation; and

(b)

court settlements which are subject to—

(i)

article 51 of Schedule 1 to the 1982 Act;

(ii)

article 58 of the Lugano Convention; F6...

F7articles 59 and 60 of the Judgments Regulation F8; and

(iv)

article 12 of the 2005 Hague Convention.
