37.   In this Part of this Order—

(a) “the Act” means the International Criminal Court Act 2001;

(b) “the ICC” means the International Criminal Court;

(c) “an order of the ICC” means—

(i) a fine or forfeiture ordered by the ICC; or

(ii) an order by the ICC against a person convicted by the ICC specifying a reparation to, or in respect of, a victim.]
