Rule 17—(1) Notice of the registration of an order must be served on the person against whom it was obtained by [F1delivering it to that person] personally or by sending it [F2to that person’s] usual or last known address or place of business or in such other manner as the Court may direct.
[F3(2) Permission is not required to serve such a notice out of the jurisdication and CPR rules [F46.40, 6.42 and 6.46] apply in relation to such notice as they apply in relation to a claim form.]
