Rule 6 Without prejudice to the powers conferred by section 14 (1) of the Act of 1971, the court officer may, at any stage of the proceedings, send to any person appearing to have the debtor in [F1their] employment a notice requesting [F2them] to give to the court, within such period as may be specified in the notice, a statement of the debtor’s earnings and anticipated earnings with such particulars as may be so specified.
