Proceedings relating to land E+W

Rule 3  Proceedings—

F1 (a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

(b) for the foreclosure or redemption of any mortgage or, [F2 subject to CPR rule 73.10], for enforcing any charge or lien on land; or

(c) for the recovery of moneys secured by a mortgage or charge on land,

may be commenced only in the court for the district in which the land or any part of the land is situated.
