Amendments to the Broadcasting Act 1990 and the Broadcasting Act 1996
2. The Broadcasting Act 1990(1) and the Broadcasting Act 1996(2) are amended in accordance with the Schedule to these Regulations.

1990 c. 42; section 2 of the Boadcasting Act 1990 was amended by paragraph 1 of Part I and paragraph 12 of Part II of Schedule 10 to the Braodcasting Act 1996 (c. 55) and by the Satellite Television Regulations 1997 (S.I. 1997/1682); section 46 of the Broadcasting Act 1990 was amended by paragraph 16 of Schedule 10 to the Broadcasting Act 1996 and by the Satellite Television Service Regulations 1997; section 202 of the Broadcasting Act 1990 was amended by paragraph 21 of Part II of Schedule 10 to the Broadcasting Act 1996 and by the Satellite Television Service
