Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

2.  In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), the following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph (hh)(1):–

“(ii) the Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the North East Atlantic.”.
