FEES AND CHARGES

This Order amends the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 1988 so as to specify—those functions, the costs of which are to be taken into account in determining the amount of the prescribed fee which is payable in prescribed circumstances before a vehicle can be registered under section 21 of Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994; andthe matters to be taken into account in determining those costs.
