Article 2

SCHEDULEAREA TOURIST BOARDS AMENDING SCHEME

1.—(1) The scheme set out in the Schedule to each Order listed in paragraph 3 below shall be amended in accordance with paragraph 2 below.

2.  In paragraph 8(2)–

(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) delete “and”; and

(b)after sub-paragraph (b) insert–

“(ba)to borrow such sums as it may require;

(bb)to grant security over its assets in respect of obligations incurred by it; and

(bc)to grant guarantees for obligations (arising out of loans or otherwise) incurred by other persons or grant indemnities; and”.

3.  The Orders(1) referred to in paragraph 1 above are–
