The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 117(1) and 175(1) to (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains only provisions in consequence of an Order under section 141 of the Social Security Administration Act 19922, hereby makes the following Regulations:
