The Income-related Benefits (Subsidy to Authorities) Order 1998

1.   In this Schedule—

“HBAAI” means the Housing Benefit Award Accuracy Initiative set out in [F2 Housing Benefit Circular HB A4/2023 first published by the Department for Work and Pensions on 4th April 2023];

“relevant activities” means activities carried out by authorities in connection with administering the HBAAI.]
