The appropriate amount, in a case to which this Part applies, in respect of that part of the qualifying expenditure which is attributable to allowances granted for the period beginning on the relevant date and ending on the termination date, shall be calculated in accordance with F1paragraph 6, 7, 8 or 9 as appropriate.
