SCHEDULE 3 S PRISMS, TINTS, PHOTOCHROMIC LENSES, SMALL GLASSES AND SPECIAL FRAMES AND COMPLEX APPLIANCES

2.  The minimum complex appliance payment is– S

(a) for a complex appliance with single vision lenses only, [F1 £15.81];

(b) for any other complex appliance, [F2 £40.57],

plus, in each case, the amount of any increase provided for by paragraph 1 of this Schedule.
