The amendments which were made by Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session Amendment No.7) (Judicial Factors) 1997((1) to Chapter 61 of the rules shall have effect as if, in paragraph 6 of the Act of Sederunt, the rule (rule 61.2) substituted by sub-paragraph (3) were of four paragraphs only; and as if the provisions which are numbered “(5)”, “(6)” and “(7)” in paragraph 6 were, respectively, sub-paragraphs (4), (5) and (6) of paragraph 6.
