1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 15 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1998.
(2) In this Order—
“the 1991 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1991; and
“the appointed day” means the 10th day of April 1998.
