51.  In RSC Order 97–

(a) in paragraph (1) of rule 8, omit “in private”;

(b) omit paragraph (2) of rule 9A;

(c) in paragraph (1) of rule 10:–

(i) for “must”, substitute “may”; and

(ii) omit “in private”;

(d) in paragraph (2) of rule 11, for “to the court sitting in private” substitute “in the High Court”; and

(e) omit rule 15.
