Amendments to the High Court and County Courts Jurisdiction Order 1991

9.  For article 9, substitute:–

“Financial value of claim

9.   For the purposes of Articles 4A and 5, the financial value of the claim shall be calculated in accordance with rule 16.3(6) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998(1).”.
