14. In Rule 13.13.–
(a)for paragraph (1) substitute–
“(1) “Business day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday in any part of Great Britain under or by virtue of the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971(1) except in Rules 1.7., 4.10., 4.11., 4.16., 4.20., 5.10. and 6.23. where “business day” shall include any day which is a bank holiday in Scotland but not in England and Wales.”; and
(b)for paragraph (6) substitute–
“(6) “Practice direction” means a direction as to the practice and procedure of any court within the scope of the CPR.
(7) “Prescribed order of priority” means the order of priority of payments laid down by Chapter 20 of Part 4 of the Rules, or Chapter 23 of Part 6.”.
