In Rule 6.197. in paragraph (3) for “The court may under this paragraph authorise the service of interrogatories on any party.” substitute “The court may under this paragraph order any of the parties to clarify any matter which is in dispute in the proceedings or give additional information in relation to any such matter and CPR Part 18 (further information) shall apply to any such order.”.
