In regulation 30A M1 (effective dates of new maintenance assessments in particular cases)–
a
in paragraphs (2), (4)(c) and (6), for the words “a child support officer" in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “
the Secretary of State
”

in paragraph (5), for the words “a child support officer" there shall be substituted the word “
him
