Amendment of regulation 32BE+W+S
22. In regulation 32B M1 (notification of intention to cancel a maintenance assessment under paragraph 16(4A) of Schedule 1 to the Act), for the words “a child support officer" in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.
