Amendment of Schedule 2 E+W+S

33.  In Schedule 2 M1 (multiple applications)–

(a) in paragraph 3–

(i) in sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “refer each such application" to “the child support officer shall" there shall be substituted the words “ , if no maintenance assessment has been made in relation to any of the applications, ”;

(ii) in sub-paragraphs (2) to (14), for the words “the child support officer" in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”; and

(b) in paragraph 4, the words from “unless the Secretary of State" to the end shall be omitted.
