Amendment of Schedule 2
33. In Schedule 2(1) (multiple applications)–
(a)in paragraph 3–
(i)in sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “refer each such application” to “the child support officer shall” there shall be substituted the words “, if no maintenance assessment has been made in relation to any of the applications,”;
(ii)in sub-paragraphs (2) to (14), for the words “the child support officer” in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “the Secretary of State”; and
(b)in paragraph 4, the words from “unless the Secretary of State” to the end shall be omitted.
