This regulation shall apply in relation to an application made for the purpose of superseding a decision with respect to a departure direction as though–

a

for the words “at the time a departure direction is applied for” in paragraphs (1) and (7) there were substituted the words “at the time an application is made for a decision superseding a decision with respect to a departure direction”;

b

in paragraph (5), after the words “an application” there were inserted the words “for the supersession of a decision with respect to a departure direction.”
