Amendment of regulation 34A
46. In regulation 34A(3)(1) (correction of accidental errors in departure directions), for the words “section 28H(3) of the Act” there shall be substituted the words “regulation 31(1) (time within which an appeal is to be brought) or, as the case may be, regulation 32(1) (late appeals) of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999(2)”.
