Amendment of regulation 8AE+W+S
6. In regulation 8A M1 (amount of an interim maintenance assessment) for the words–
(a)“a child support officer"; and
(b)“the child support officer",
in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.
