Amendment of regulation 8DE+W+S
9. In regulation 8D M1 (miscellaneous provisions in relation to interim maintenance assessments)–
(a)paragraph (3) shall be omitted;
(b)in paragraph (4), for the words “29, 31 to 31C, 32, 33(5) and 55" there shall be substituted the words “ 32 and 33(5) ”;
(c)in paragraph (5)–
(i)the words “and regulation 9(15)" shall be omitted; and
(ii)for the words “a child support officer" there shall be substituted the word “ him ”;
(d)in paragraph (6)–
(i)the words “Subject to regulation 9(15)" shall be omitted; and
(ii)for the words “a child support officer" there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”;
(e)in paragraph (7), for the words “a child support officer" there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.
