SCHEDULE 6ADDITIONAL VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS

Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Schedule 1 shall have effect for the purposes of the AVC Scheme.

The Parliamentary corporation shall be responsible for the discharge of all duties imposed on the administrator of an AVC Scheme under Chapter I of Part XIV of the Taxes Act 1988.
3
Any sums received by the Parliamentary corporation by virtue of the AVC Scheme shall be paid into a suspense account or accounts used for the purpose of the AVC Scheme.
