This Order designates the Borough of Hastings, excluding a short section of the A21 trunk road 500 metres in length, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991 and applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area. The Order also modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
