1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 4th May 1999.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1991(1).
