Enforcement E+W

10.—(1) A water undertaker shall enforce the requirements of these Regulations in relation to the area for which it holds an appointment under [F1 Part II] of the Act.

(2) The duty of a water undertaker under this regulation shall be enforceable under section 18 of the Act–

(a) by the regulator; or

(b) with the consent of or in accordance with a general authorisation given by the regulator, by the [F2 Authority].
