Amendment of agri-environment schemes

15.  After regulation 11 of the Moorland (Livestock Extensification) (Wales) Regulations 1995(1) there shall be inserted the following regulation–

“Closing date for applications for aid

12.   The Secretary of State shall not make a payment of aid under these Regulations unless an application for aid under regulation 4 is received by him before 31st May 1999.”.
