The East Durham Community College (Dissolution) Order 1999

Whereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for England, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921 (“the Act”), for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporation known as East Durham Community College2 (“the corporation”);
