1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the European Parliamentary Election Petition (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into force on 10th June 1999.
(2) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, a rule referred to by number alone means the rule so numbered in the European Parliamentary Election Petition Rules 1979(1).
