Consultation by the authority22
The annexes in a full plan shall include a description of the consultation undertaken by the authority in preparing the plan including, in particular–
a
the number and types of person consulted;
b
a summary of the consultation responses; and
c
the ways, if any, in which those responses have been reflected in the plan.
