This Order provides for the coming into force on 1st June 1999 of the provisions of the Social Security Act 1998 which—

Amendment of regulations 7, 10A and 2016
In regulations 7(4) M1, 10A(2)(b)(ii) M2 and 20(2)(b)(ii), for the words “child support officer" there shall be substituted the words “
Secretary of State
”.
