Amendment of regulation 25(5) of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996E+W+S
43. In regulation 25(5) (transitional provisions) of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996 , for the words from “and those provisions" to the end there shall be substituted the words “ and a decision with respect to a maintenance assessment in force on that date shall not be superseded by a decision under section 17 of the Child Support Act 1991 solely to give effect to the provisions of regulation 19 as amended by regulation 23. ”.
