Coming into force
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(5) of the Public Records Act 19581 and with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations–

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Record Office (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st August 1999.

In the Schedule to the Public Record Office (Fees) Regulations 19992, paragraph 6.1(ix) (Additional finishes) shall be omitted.
