Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10A, 20(2), 24A and 79(1), (3), (6) and (7) of the Social Security Act 19981 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, by this Instrument, which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, that section 20(2) or paragraph 24, 31 or 33 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 19993 and which is made before the end of the period of six months beginning with the coming into force of those provisions4, makes the following Regulations:
