18. In paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (the National Disability Council), after subparagraph (3) there is inserted–U.K.
“(3A) One of the members shall be a person who appears to the Secretary of State to have special knowledge of Scotland.”.
