I1 Sch. 5 in force at 31.8.1999 for specified purposes and 29.11.1999 otherwise, see reg. 1(2)(3)

1.  The CE marking shall consist of the initials “CE” taking the following form: U.K.

2.  If the CE marking is reduced or enlarged the proportions given in the above graduated drawing must be respected. U.K.

3.  The various components of the CE marking must have substantially the same vertical dimension, which may not be less than five millimetres. U.K.
